Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make your booking experience at Sugam Resort as flexible as possible. However, please be aware of our cancellation policy to avoid any unnecessary charges.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking or for non-refundable rates will result in forfeiture of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellation has to done - 48hrs before checkin-time
  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charges
  • For group bookings (usually 3 rooms or more), separate cancellation policies may apply. Please refer to your specific booking confirmation for details.
  • A refund request usually takes 7-10 business days to reflect in the customer's account depending on the bank/wallet used for payment.
  • In case a replacement rooms is not available due to season or other issues, we will refund the amount for the same. subject to deduct charges
  • Payment failed/Aborted Transactions will be refunded automatically with in 7 days. If not refunded, contact us

Refund Policy
