- All reservations must be made through our official website, phone, or email or at Resort Helpdesk.
- Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Applicable taxes and service charges will be added to your bill.
- Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.
- Guests must show a valid photo ID and confirmation voucher upon check-in.
- The maximum occupancy per room is strictly based on the chosen room type. Extra person charges apply where applicable.
- Cancellation has to done - 48hrs before checkin-time
- Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the chosen rate plan. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.
- In case of cancellations within the specified timeframe, cancellation fees may apply. No-shows or late cancellations may result in the full charge of the booked stay.
- Amendments to bookings may be subject to availability and additional charges.
- Guests are expected to respect other guests and resort staff, and to comply with all hotel policies and regulations.
- Alcohol, Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Resort.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property or guest rooms.
- Illegal activities or behavior that disrupts the peace and harmony of the Resort will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Sugam Resort is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables left in guest rooms or other resort areas. Guests are advised to keep valuables in hotel safes provided within the rooms.
- Sugam Resort will not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Resort or its services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for personal injury, property damage, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use.
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, India.
- Sugam Resort reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The amended Terms will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Resort website.
